An electronic check was generated to pay a comcast bill of 181.59 it caused an over draft - fee 25.00. The account was 200 miles from my home i cannot even get comcast where i live. Comcast says they have no account in the name or service at address on check that was printed out for me by 5/3 bank. Police report filed bank report filed - bank insist i have to wait 30 to 120 days to get my mony back. WHY? This is clearly not of my doing. I do not have and every time ihave been asked i have refused over-draft protection. Their "policy to accept any electronic check regardless of account status caused them to allow this incident to occur. It has now been over 30 dats
