Thieves, liars, rip-off scum bags

I ordered 3 Arc-Fault circuit breakers on March 26 from them and they billed my credit card. Their first lie was telling me the shipping date and estimated arrival date. They did NOT ship the item to me. I have NEVER received the item. UPS said "only the shipper can file a claim". Thomas Elks and North Carolina Industrial Supply have thus far refused to file a claim, refuse to refund my money, refused to cooperate in ANY manner whatsoever. I called and called and called and sent email after email. Finally I contacted my Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection and they are following up. Thomas Elks finally replied to my email for the FIRST time today. His reply was simply, "... I have a business attorney that will handle this for me. This will be the last time i will talk to you. FROM HERE ON OUT YOU WILL HAVE TO TALK TO MY ATTORNEY..."

Isn't it amazing how the thieves, crooks, and con-artists always have a criminal attorney on retainer to handle their on-going legal problems? I think Bernie Madoff was Thomas Elks' mentor!!!

I hope thomas elks rots in prison. Do not do any business with north carolina industrial supply. Don't be a fool and be scammed like i was!!! They are thieves and liars.

I am currently disputing my credit card charges and trying to get my money back, but it is a senseless, needless hassle to waste so much time fighting as an innocent victim to simply recover the money. No way to ever recover for the mental anguish, lost time, frustration, and aggravation of being raped by a Rip-Off Queen! (AND YES... I am angry... And i know it is communicated in my complaint! You would be too if it happened to you!)
