Company is very disorganized, we ave asked multiple times to request an invoice after they have installed our A/C unit, they claim the emailed it but nothing. I kept calling for at almost a year now and still nothing. They still have not provided us with an invoice to file for our FPL reimbursement for having a 16 seer unit, WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE THEY SCAMMED US OF OUR REIMBURSEMENT FROM FPL!!! When it came to our service agreement for cleaning, the company completely where not helpful and was giving a RUN A ROUND!!! Horrible horrible
