Hr block poor customer care review

I had many problems this year with with tax perperations this year. I was forced to deal with the customer care officals. They blew me off and made one mistake after another and never contacted me as they stated they would. After weeks of calling and calling they finally offered me my tax preperation fees back because of how poorly I was treated and then sent it to the wrong address. I caught the error in time and informed them of their mistake and asked to have it corrected with haste because of the wait I have already under gone and was told that theor depertment in charge of correcting the matter refused to correct the matter and I was informed I would have to wait longer even thou I provided the correct information before hand. They said that they would over night what I was owed but refused to go the extra step to correct their mistake and are forcing me to wait longer because of their mistake and blamed it on policy. I also work in customer care and I know for a fact when the company is at fault they have the ability to correct the matter no matter what policy states because in the end the customer is right and making the customer happy is the job of customer service department. I was treated very poorly from the start and don't feel that they acted to the best of the ability that they could of provided given the fact I was mistreated and belittled by a manager at one of the year round locations. After being insulted the company should of corrected the matter on the spot and provided me with the simple correction I requested instead of prolonging my request even furthe
