I was trying to have a replacement social security card mailed to my son, he just had major surgery and needs it for medical payment assistance. After completing the application and paying $34.00, I received a message saying they were sending me a form to be taken into the office to get a card. I could have gotten the same form at no cost from the SSA. Gov. I thought they would mail it according to the info. Now I am out the money and my son cannot go to the office as well'!!! I have contacted them several times by email and received a generic reply no phone to call them and they won't call me!!! They said a 7 day refund but not getting anywhere. I am so upset, tried to help my son and look what they did to me!!! Carolyn
