My magic jack account has been under review for 217 days now - magic jack customer service

I owned an original magic jack unit for years, and then i made the mistake of buying the magic jack plus, what a mistake. The unit should be called the magic jack minus. I have spoken to the help chat service 65 times in the last 217 days, since my account was put under review. The help service does nothing, and they wish i would just go away, i am sure. The company is a scam
