Rude people in customer Service

Let me tell you, when I placed my order I chose a location which was near to my house and before one day of moving, I checked my order status and they moved it to a place which was very far from me, I called customer service and let me tell you she was talking like she was my boss! What the hell! She said it can't be changed, I was like then why the hell you guys tell me this thing before I order? Now I'll have to go to pick up my sofa cover and mattress cover to the address I originally selected and have to go to different address to pick up truck. Will never never never never use it again. Customer service suckssssss...
