Horrible Uhaul - one way rental truck and traile

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Uhaul. They guarantee your rental, but then when they make "necessary" changes to it, you are expected to just bend over and deal with it. They have horrible/no customer service and you can expect to be on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for over an hour or more. I have never felt such dissatisfaction with a company before. They are horrible. If you are moving ANYTHING, go with Budget or Penske. They are more expensive, but at least you'll get what you need as apposed to risking everything.
