Uhaul
Horrible!

I had originally booked online for one location and time and BOTH the location and time were changed when we went to pick up the uhaul!!! I had to pick it up 5 miles farther then origanally planned which added to the milage (which we were already really close to going over). We had originally planned to pick it up at 10am so my husband could go to work at 2pm, but instead they changed it to 12pm. We did get a call from them BUT we were not informed of the location change, and they ASKED when we had want to pick it up (my husband said 10am) and still they changed it to 12pm without further contact! I currently have a complaint out to them BUT they wont get back to me until between 42 and 72 HOURS! F-ing ridiculous! I will never ever ever rent from them again and will certainly never let my friends or family do it either!
