On 12/20, I paid $916 for a storage bed for my 14 year old daughter. I received the bed around the second week of February. I paid a company $50 to put the bed together for me. It was later discovered that instead of sending me 2 left bed rails / 2 right bed rails, I was sent 4 left bed rails. Making it impossible to put the bed together. Over the last 2 months, I've called this company over and over again to receive the correct items. Since Feb. on at least 3 different occassions, I've been told that the correct items were shipped to me and I should receive them in about 5 days. This company keeps lying to me and seems to not want to resolve this issue. All we want is the correct bed rails. My daughter is sleeping on the sofa. Her bed was donated to Salvation Army when the storage bed arrived.
