Hello

We bought a refrigerator from a distributor of Samsung in our country. After sometime rails of shelves got broken because of misuse. We called service center of Samsung in our country, which is RAYA (tel number 080007267864) and asked them to send us a technician to replace rails, and we are ready to pay the cost. RAYA promised that they will.

From July till now RAYA didn't send us any technician and because of such delay more rails are getting broken and all we get from RAYA is sweet talk
