Problems

We bought a bed from the novi store in oct great stuff never had a problem untill now 4 1/2 years later we bought a 3 in 1 crib, and the bed rails for the full bed converson at the same time. When we got them we look at them to make sure they were the correct color and they were, all was fine until now when we go to put the full bed togeather and the rails do not fit they are wrong they sold us the wrong ones and are telling us that we have to deal with the manufactor because they are the one's they told them to sell with it. Well it has been over a week and one has ever called back after a number of calls to Stephanie am still no were she keeps saying that she has to talk to sorelle (the company that makes that crib) to find out what to do because they are running into this problem so we are not the first. So if you buy from here check everything when you get it because it will be hard to do later.
