I ordered a product from this website and it arrived defective. I requested an RMA the same day for a replacement (not even for my money back). After a week I inquired about the RMA info. Apparently, they sent me an email letting me know that I needed to pay to return the product to them in order to get a replacement. So not only did I have to pay for shipping, I have to pay to ship it back to them because it arrived defective to me?! They told me that this info is listed in their returns and exchanges policy. Who reads this when they are placing an order? DO NOT order anything from them! It is even worse if you just want to return an item. You have to pay to ship it and a 20% restocking fee.
