I am very disappointed in this entire situation...

First, when I place an order online, I expect the product to be available.

Second, the email I received stated the "customer" cancelled the order. That was not the case, you, the supplier, cancelled the order.

Third, your email explaining the reason (the size would not be available for another 3 days) is unacceptable. Like I said in reason 1, if you show the product online, it should be available...

Fourth, the emails I received from your customer service were curt and rude. No apologies.

Fifth, if the product is on back order, which is what the last email I received from your firm indicates, why did you not know that to begin with?

I plan on contacting Amazon and the BBB to report this.
