Suddenly my entire desktop dissapeared. I don't rememer how, this Indian voice said he could help. I was not suspicious because many computer companies outsource. This man named Dhirendra Kumar took over my computer and proceeded to go through it, allegedly looking for spyware and whatever else. After over an hour, he said he had cleaned everything and was done - BUT my desktop still wasn't there. When I asked about that he said a tecknician would take care of that after I paid $100.00 I felt desperate so I agreed.in two minutes the desk top was back. Then they hung up. The technicians name is Muktat Patel and the supervisors name is Imran Cutlerywala. He desk top is back but things are changed and it is not working well.
I am 80 years old and although I have been using a compupter for a number of years, I am not very computer literate. Since I live only on Social security and SSI, I can ill afford that amount of moneny!!!
