Winbook Breach of Warranty

Complaint:

I bought a Winbook notebook computer from Microcenter.

The warranty covers hardware absolutely.
And I bought the extended warranty.

I bought the computer primarily for the warranty and I asked a lot of questions about the warranty prior to making the purchase.
I was assured repeatedly that if ANYTHING went wrong with any hardware in the computer, it would be fixed FREE of charge.

The computer overheats.

It is still in warranty.

I took it to Microcenter and they cleaned the FAN.

The FAN is hardware.
There is no ambiguity here.
The FAN is not software.
Software does not cause overheating.
Overheating is a hardware problem.

This computer sits on a desk beside another laptop computer and two desktop computers, all of which are older, have been in the same place for years and have never had any overheating or fan problems.

They charged me $75.72.
I paid it and brought the computer home.

It still overheats.

Micro Center told me that if they sent it to Winbook, it would cost me $305.00.

Software dose NOT make a computer overheat.

Now, (a day later) there has suddenly appeared a vertical line in the middle of the screen which will not go away no matter how many reboots. This is also a hardware problem with the screen but I will not take it to Microcenter for repair because they will refuse to honor their warranty again and charge me for the repair.

I will have it repaired by a company that I trust and have them make a full report which I will later submit to accompany this complaint.
