Sell defective products, bought a laptop and desktop sent desktop didn't refund all my money laptop stop working 2 days after the 1 year anniversary of purchasing it. Ripoff

I purchased 1 desktop and 3 laptop computers from dell for a small business I was trying to start. I sent one laptop back and kept the desktop and 2 laptops
the desktop had to be sent back twice as it never functioned properly the sent it back and I had to send it back after the second time and this was supposingly a new system I requested to refunded they gave me a hard time and although I paid them all the money at one time they piece the money back to me. $75, one day $200. Another and so. I invested the last money I had saved in these computers which wasn't a lot but it was all I had left. They put me in a position where I couldn't purchase another computer the laptop's power source stop working and they said oops you purchased this in April 05 and you only had 2 days ago where we could do anything without purchasing our extended warranty plan. This was a $1100 computer I felt it should have lasted for at least a couple of years.

Dell, sells a lot of computers, and because of production many are not meeting good quality standards. I spoke with them and they were rude and a matter of fact that's your problem. I want people to be aware of the products purchased from this company and be cautious in purchasing. I have been wanting to get this out on the Internet and hope this is a good avenue and truly hope it helps someone else and check out others before they but a computer from dell
