On January 16, I was working on my computer, a warning from Microsoft XP Security 2012 appeared informing me that my computer had been compromised with virus an a Trojan. I did a scan using the information provided by Microsoft XP Security and found what appeared to be correct. It scared me into purchasing a two year protection with Videocaverpro.com.
The following day when I was working on the computer, I found that the symbol for the security was missing on the desktop so I went on the internet and typed in their name and found tht it is a ransomware which actually is a spyware itself. It scared me into purchasing a bogus software by hijacking my computer and bombarding it with fake security alerts and spyware scans, but the entire process is just an elaborate hoax.
