Sent me the wrong style of shoe and then told me they never make errors and it is the correct shoe. I even sent the photos of my shoe, and I never received an order confirmation. They also send out mass emails to customets about their orders and do it without BCCing. I thought it was an official Dr Martens site, so stay away!
