I was giving false information/quote just to get me into a two year contract. I called before the 30 day cancellation period to cancel and was told they would fix and honor the quote i was giving if i remain a customer they never honored the quote and now want me to pay a cancellation fee after i have complained every month since this contract started. I spoke with several supervisors regarding this matter they were not willing to help at all.
