We spoke with a Bill Litman in Jan to cancel our membership because it was not working for us. Bill told us that our membership would be canceled by the next billing cycle which would of been Feb 1. It was not canceled instead they charge us again. So we tried emailing Bill Litman again to please cancel and the email came back as closed... So we called and the machine told us they are busy with other callers and to leave a message so we did BUT again in March they charged us again so we called again and got the same message. We have now turned them in for fraud. This company is stealing money from people and need to be put out of business!!!
