Buy for R429, R2460 goes off my credit card

I purchased one month's supply of Nutra Burn 10, priced at R429, and was horrified when a total of R2460 went through my credit card in two transactions. When I e-mailed the company, the response I got back was "Congratulations for buying Nutra Burn". When I e-mailed them again, I got no response at all. I have not even received the goods and this is the first time I've been defrauded buying on the Internet. Others BEWARE.
