Billed After Cancelling Month-to-Month Membership in Person

These Scumbags continued to charge me after I came into the club where I opened my account and canceled my membership which was a month to month. I specifically instructed them to not bill me. The next day I got billed for another month. When I called the main office to ask them to back off the charges, they told me "oh you have to request to cancel your membership in writing 5 days prior to your billing cycle."
This was of course never mentioned when I signed up. Do not ever GO here! They will rip you off!
