At approx 09000 02/18 I called Starhub for assistance with my email problem. After repeated calls for assistance I called yet again at 2010 hrs (approx) to advise that I was leavinf for Europe the following morning and without email usage my trip was virtuallly useless. I was advised that they would respond within the hour to help sort my email problem. I called again at 2140 hours to say that I still had not received any assistance to be notified that their "Help" desk was cloed down untill 0800 tomorrow. As my flight to Europe leaves as 0645 tomorrow I find this type of customer service is of the lowest standing I have ever come across in Singapore or SE Asia in general. Starhub had the audacity to say that they called my landline after 12 midday however as I was expecting a call from either my landline or mobile phone I carried them with me until I left for an appointment at 2:55pm.
