The following email was sent to Parkmobile with no response to date. When I call the help desk number, I am prompted to enter a parking code. There are no Help Desk Reps.
I feel I at least deserve a response to the problem.

I registered and used the service on 8/19. I received a text message that the transaction had been activated at 5:55pm.
The meter never changed from the reading of 00.00 hrs. I tried to reach the help desk for assistance but was unsuccessful with a message that went on for over 45 minutes that I would be serviced by the next representative. Listed below is my information:

My credit card was charged in the amount of $7.77 for which I would like to receive a credit for.
