Paid for services that I did not receive

I paid for landline and mobile service from Skype but was only given landline. There was no support staff available to help deal with this unless I was willing to pay more money. If you go to Skypes advertisement page it will say if you pay $6 you get landline, and if you add $5 you get mobile too. So I paid for the 3 month subscript for landline AND mobile so that I could call out to mobile line in Malaysia. But after paying Skype, my account only showed landline. I don't call anybody on landline! I would Never pay for only landline! I am absolutely disappointed in Skype as I like their free service. I feel like they cheated and took money for free without delivering the services that was promised. I hope nobody will make the same mistake I did. I will post as many complaint needed regarding this.
