Unsatisfaction

I am using starhub services for few mobile phones, max TV, broadband and max mobile for quite number of years say more than a decade and also hub member and loyal customer.

I got upset last two weeks before when i want to exchange i phone 4 i called customer service two days two times and they said i can get replacement on $380 but I went parkway parade after parking my car taken que number i was told to pay $500. I got fed up i was about to buy ipad2 from starhub but ended buying from singtel.
I called twice last week to talk to retension people as i wanted to close all my starhub services to other operators as i was quite upset and i was told retention service people will call me. But 4 days over no body called it is quite usual for starhub they never call back

I thought let me give my feedback and unsatisfaction of starhub services thats all
