I purchased the voucher with the understanding that I could receive a refund within 7 days if I change my mind. A few days later, approx three days, I requested a refund and was denied.
I was denied due to not having canceled within 24hr, although my voucher said specifically that I had 7 days to cancel. I was then told that the 24hr requirement was stated in "The Fine Print".
Requested were made multilpe times to show me where is it written that the fine print has the ABILITY to supersede rules that are explicitly stated on the voucher?
No where in the voucher does it state that any rules and/or regulations mentioned for refund can be construed or denied based on preference of LivingSocial.
After getting no reply to my question, I then asked them to please provide me with the names and numbers of someone in management I can contact to discuss this issue, and have since been ignored.

If I have overlooked this technicality, please direct me to where it is written.
