Livingsocial is a scam

I purchased a voucher to Ral'Eau Salsa dance company. It's like one scam artist partnered with another (that is Ral'Eau with livingsocial). It was a $29 voucher for one month unlimited dance classes.

I went over to use the "voucher", only to be pushed to pay an additional $25 (registration fee) and provide my credit card information for recurrent charging after the end of the promotional month (a requirement in order to be able to receive the services I had paid for). I was alarmed when I read about the credit card requirement for voucher holders on their website. I went there prepared but I was surprised to hear about the $25 registration fee on top of it. When I inquired, they were talking in circles and how it's still a great value and how it's their policy, yada yada yada. However, NONE of that is anywhere mentioned in the voucher I purchased and I would have never done so had I known about these fraudulent requirements. They said "it says tax and gratuity not included". Tax is 8.875% and gratuity is optional, how is an extra $25 and a requirement to give you my credit card part of that? Really sleazy..

Livingsocial mocked me and responded in the usual rude way I've been reading about. I unsuscribed and deleted my card info right away...
