Contacted livingsocial about a terrible experience. I purchased 4 vouchers from livingsocial for ImageCanvas. I used one voucher and a month later I still do not know when my order will be shipped. Well beyond their posted order processing schedule. LivingSocial did nothing to help; they told me the 5 days passed. Well what about not getting what you were due and when. I do not want to use my other vouchers - I want and should be able to get my money back. They are not used, and I do not want to do further business with ImageCanvas. Who can blame me? The right thing to do is for LivingSocial to return my money. I was a loyal customer.
