Directv is a rip off!

I hate directv!!! I sent them their receivers & paid them my last bill. A month later i noticed a deduction in my account from directv. I called them told them the problem they found the mistake which was on their end & told me i would be credited the money back to my account in 5-7 days. 5-7 days later no credit so i call them back & the operator or technician told me i would have to wait 30 days now. How can you go in my account take money out without my authorization then give me the run around. He hangs up on me. I would not just go in someone wallet or purse & just take your money out then say well i will give it back 5-7 days later no i will give it back in 30 days. Who does that & then you try to offer me deals to come back. You can't even give me my money back simple as that, your bill starts out small & the longer you stay the more you have to pay. I called several times trying to get my bill reduced you could not help me but now that i left you want to offer me deals to come back. I went without channels never got a break on my account never even a credit now this!!! I hate directv. Keep your account on file so they can take money out when they feel like it. Isn't that stealing???
