We ordered a bed for our son on Nov. 25. It was a double, so they considered it a special order. Was told that it would arrive on Dec. 19th. We went in on Dec. 22 and all we got was the mattress NO box spring. We were told it was still in Edmonton and they would get it out to us as soon as possible. They did however give us a box spring to use in the mean time. We had not heard from the brick so on Jan. 14 we called and they figured that we had already received the new boxspring. They said they would find out what was happeing and would call me back the next day. We finally called them Jan. 18th.
Was told they had to reorder and that it would be in on Jan. 23rd and they would deliver it.
My husband called in the morning. The manager was busy. No return call. He tried again at lunch. They mangaer was on a conference call. No return call. I call around 4:30 and was told the manager was busy. I told them to let him now he had 5 minutes to call me back or i was bringing the matress back. I tried again 10 minutes later and they would not answer the phone. Low and behold i get a call. The boxspring did not show up. (They should have called when they first realized it was not there.) Then i was told that the first boxspring was ripped and that is why we did not get it then. The manager called me this morning and i was told that i will have to wait until Feb. 6 to get the box spring. The warehouse told him the shipment was delayed. So i am waiting to talk to my husband. I may just take the matress back. All we have gotten is the run around and it should not take 2 1/2 months to get a boxspring. They got my money 1 month before i even got the mattress. I will never shop at the Brick again. And neither will my family and friends. Very Very unhappy customer!!!
