I have purchase a boxsping, and matress from sleepys in the mounth of september my delivery date was 9/18. When i recived my bed the bed and boxsping were sitting inside my living room i was not home at the time of my delivery. When my husband, and i arrived to our house we immediately called Mr. Sharez; Sleepy's district manager to inform him of the situation. Mr. Sharez told my husband that the delivery company should have not left the box spring at our house, and that they should have took it back to there warehouse.

Mr. Sharez called me later on that evening, and told me that they have to make a split box spring that can be moved upstairs. He then told me in order for the delivery people to drop the boxspring off i had to pay an addtional 48 dollars. My husband and myself went to sleepy's in the beginning of October to give them the 48 dollars. Mr. Sharez was not there on this day, so i had to deal with another representative. I can not remember his name, but know his face very well. When i came to him for help, he began to address me in an unprofessional manner. That's when another representative name Kristina intervened, and helped me with my problem. She also told me that i didn't have any remaining balance do to the mix up, and just have to pay the 48 dollars. After speaking to Mr. Sharez about the situation at hand dealing with the first representative, he told me that my boxspring will be delivered by October 26. My boxsring did not arrive on that date, nor was there any displinary actions took towards his representative. My husband gave Mr. Sharez a call the following day. He told him that there was a problem, and the delivery will be Nov. 4. There was no delivery made that day either. My husband spoke to Mr. Obi the following day. He told him that the date for the delivery was for Nov. 16. He also stated that; he does not why i was told that date. There was not a delivery on that date either. My husband called again about the situation. Mr. Sharez told my husband that he thought the delivery had been made. He called my husband back 30 minutes later, and told him that we have to put an additional 10 dollars down in order for us to recieve the boxspring that was supposed to had been delivered already.
