I spoke to a customer asst. On 1/18. About the contract and asked if there would be a penalty since brother will not be goning home, due to his cancer treatments. The customer asst. Put me on hold and when he came back. I was told my brother would not be penaltized for early cancelation. Now i received a bill that has overdue. $376.24 i need an anwser to why on 1/18 i was told no penalty now i have this large bill! Nelda (sister)!
