I went to the store scan some documents to Dominican. Republic. I. Paid the money and the information never went thru. And I. Went back on 01/28 to let them know that nothing was received I. Was told that they were going to try again so I. Don;t have to pay again. But it did not worked and instead we send the documents by fax. And they charged me $14.15
and when I. Asked for the refund they told me that I. Needed the original receipt. And what happened was that they never gave me the original back when I. Gave it. To them to show that I. Paid the $8.49 but anyway I. Have another copy that they gave me,
