Today i went in the store and purchased 15.00 in gas. When i went to the pump and remove the nozzle nothing happened. So i went back in the store and asked the cashier what was wrong with the pump. She stated you will have to pay again. I immediately adv her that i have a receipt stating i just paid for 15.00 in gas there was no way i was going to swipe my card and be charged again. The cashier stated it didn't go through. I asked her how is you provided me with the receipt. She said pay or no gas. I asked to speak with the manager, she said she was the store manager. So i asked for her name, about 2 times before she gave it to me. She did have a co worker there with her and he stated if she has a receipt why not turn the pump on she told him because she will have to pay again. I adv her it was unfair for me to pay for sumthing i have already paid for. Then Abby stated i credited back to your card. I checked my online account in front of them in the store and adv her it wasn't credited back. She said i wouldn't see it today. I informed her with the type of card i have, which is prepaid, that it always take effect immediately. I asked Abby was there someone else that i could speak to above her and she stated in order for me to get a contact number from someone higher i needed to provide a hard copy of my statement. I asked her why and she said just because. So i wasn't provided with the information and the store has 15.00 of my money. I think she provided me with a false name and was very unprofessional that's why i am making a complaint on behalf of her.in order to provide good customer service i think that a customer needs should be met at a poiint of sale and that wasn't the case.
