I purchased they dre beats pill July 11th and tried it out in the packing lot thank god and it didn't work so i did an exchange and the second one was still having a little issues with the speakers and the ladie told me i have a 30 day trial if it keeps doing it and it was still acting up so i went to the same store on July 16th and i had the original receipt not the exchange receipt so i went to exchange it and the ladie i spoke to was rood then the manager kyle came over and told me their was nothing he can do i even asked if you look in your system you will find it cause i did the first exchange right away they even had security standing their when all i was doing was trying to understand and if i did find the receipt and i kept having this issue i would have to call the manufacture I only had it for 5 days they where rood i was embarrassed and i shop their all the time i will never go back their again at least i had the original reciept and they should have gave me store credit i have worked sales my whole life never been more embarrassed
