As with everyone else that has filed a complaint. It was horrible trying to reach this company before my enrollment package time expired. I tried the same number 877-244-1174 several times, spoke to someone once and was never able to reach them again. Following calls i made i reached a nursing home in savannah georgia. I had been given 5 days entension on trial order that lead into a weekend time frame. I have sent four emails and they were all returned. I finally received an email, (same address i used) and finally was canceled. But a company that has to go to this extreme to get your money, isn't worth doing business with. The product smells like skunk urine and i have not seen one improvement as far as the eye can see. I totally believe this is a scam and i can't believe how i fell into this. It is not the first time i trusted a company and have been mislead. Save time and aggrivation, dont bother buying. All the ads and reviews you see must and have to be lies.
