Cant get servise while im at work

I purchased a cell phone in Augst '2012. And from day one phone couldnt get calls for 5 days. After that could get picture texe for another 5 days. Took phone sevarl time back to the business and he had me try updating the phone so we did that still had problems getting texes and apps to work. While at work i cant use my internet cause of lack of servise. On thier mape it shows coverage in that area but i still cant get servies. Even out side i still lose calles. Talke to a service rep on the phone while we were talking i lost him. Then called back and got a rep who was very rude. I dont think i should have to pay full turm penalty if i never got full use out of my phone.
