Trusted Natural Products, Zonenatural if it looks like a scam, smells like a scam, acts like a scam - what is it?

On Dec. 10 we placed an order by phone with OraDr (appears on CC as Zonenatural). Card was charged immediately. They promised to send order next day with arrival to be expected within 5 business days. On Dec. 17, after several attempts to reach them by phone, I wrote them an email (they never responded to this email).
On Dec. 22 I was finally able to reach customer service and they told me that they had been backlogged but that the order had been shipped on Dec. 18 and that I should expect my order by Dec. 23.By Dec. 26 we had not received the order. We cancelled the order with them and filed a dispute with the Credit Card company. Everything was settled but was it?
On or about January 18 we received a package from Trusted Natural Products which we returned unopened to them on January 22 with a copy of our cancellation letter and the request that they refrain from shipping anything else to us without an order - we did not intend to ever do business with them again.
On February 13 another charge for $119.94 appeared on our credit card statement when we had returned the only package they sent to us (we returned it via USPS Insured / signature confirmation mail - they have received it) and we did not place any order with them since we cancelled on December 26.
We have purchased many items via the internet for years and this is the first time that we have run into a company that acts as described above and who fails to respond to any emails, is unreachable by phone (their non-800 number (listed as fax number in this report) goes to a voicemail box that is always full and their 800 number is rarely answered. Would you call that "unethical"? In our opinion they should be prosecuted for fraud.
Beware doing business with them.
