Cancellation of subscription

I was contacted by viking magizine to subscribe for 5 magazine for less than $4 month. This was a recorded conversation so I thought it would be legitimate. I was told I would immediately receive a 250 gift card to use at online retailers if I signed up. So I agreed. Two days went by nothing, so I called. The lady said after the first payment was posted I would get it. Unlike what the first rep had said. So on dec 20 the payment of 47.94 showed up. So again I called. Still no gift card. So I informed them to cancel because I realized by now this was a scam. That was within a 14 period. As of today they have not canceled my subscription or sent me a 250 gift card. I did not agree to 47.94 a month for magazine. Yes 4 dollars. So they won't cancell my contract and still going to proceed to take out. $47 month. I want this to stop now. Have tried talking to these people. Have gotten hung up on. I dont know why they can not cancel when given such a fast notice to do so. They have my money. I have gotten nothing from them. I just dont want to see anither 47.94 this month and gids niws how many months after that. Please help asp. Thank you. From other reports no one has been able ti stop this company. If your business can then you wiukd be the best.
This. I havent received anything from this company. Please help me resolved this matter before it gets out of control
