We were moving our business after more than 15 years at the same location, Comcast was our telephone company, they sent us written conformation that our phones would be moved December 10 so we arranged to move on that day even though we had rent payed until January 15. They did not show up until December 24 at 5pm even after numerous repeated phone calls and email, including 2 to the executive VP for customer relations, every day we were assured it would be resolved that day. Then to make matters worse on the 24th they installed new telephone numbers and disconnected our telephone numbers we have had for more than 15 years. Even today 1/10 the number is installed but does not work properly and they continue to put us off, and to ad insult to injury they are charging us for the days we did not have phone service and charged us for equipment the installer took with him. Our 15 year old successful business was closed for almost 30 days they put us out of business and I have had to let the majority of staff go just before Christmas. The business sale value was more than $100,000. And com casts incompetence and neglected and non existence customer service closed a 15 year old business! Not one of the dozens of employees, including the exec. VP cared enough to take 5 min. To follow up and resolve the issues.
