Disappointed

I am so disappointed in fed ex, i was sent a package two months ago from canada fed ex, i live in trinidad the package contained an iphone5, and ipad mini. Fed ex had my name on the system and said they had received my package when i called them back they said they not finding my package and my name is not on the system. This is unbelievable!!
