Stay away from Direct TV is all I can say. I'm sorry for the people who are having to deal with them as their satellite provider. As for me, I had the cancellation department's worst nightmare take my call. At least I thought she was a nightmare! But after reading the reviews, she was my blessing in disguise! This "lady" rep in Florida was the WORST I've ever come in contact with. I hope for everyone's sake, that they look into the reviews online. I was referred to this company and was looking forward to a great experienc. But it's obvious, this company is NOT going to work for me. And to think that the reason I was cancelling was a scheduling conflict and I was going to get a new install date in February!!!
The people who you first encounter when you want to sign up are as sweet and professional as can be. The cancellation "supervisor" I encountered needs some training! IN A NEW FIELD!!!
