Kenmore high efficiency furnace and heat pump - Furnace and Air cond

We've purchase brand new Kenmore high efficiency furnace and a heat pump in Nov. Since that time we been dealing with problems, after problems, after problems. Almost every month there was something wrong with the system. Too much Freon - gas in the system, than not enough. At the end of the second year we have discovered that we had 21 lb running in the heating system... That potentially harmed our system..
End of December we faced another problem. This time the furnace is blowing less than lukewarm air. We scheduled service call. The technician came and said that the filter was dirty, so we changed for a new one. He also did something that heat pump is actually blowing more heat than before and less noisy, but told us that he didn't do anything except changing the filter. Right now the temperature outside is -15 C so we can only rely on the furnace heating. This morning I realize that furnace is been running for hours and is it cold in the house. And again the same problem! We are getting cold air not heating. We are fed up with Sears. Is there anybody that knows what is doing?
