Furnace Sold as Carrier Clone Failed in Five Days

A case of bad at every step. Bought their best. Sold as a Carrier clone - it wasn't. Thermostat recommended would not operate furnace as designed and less efficiently. Furnace quit operating in five days of operation and took four days to repair. Never heard from Salesperson after took order. Repair unavailable on weekends. If you are old, sick or have small children, be cautious of purchasing in cold weather when you can be out of heat for days. Did price match.
