Ahs ripoff used quick fix and let our children breathe in carbon monoxide

Our furnace stopped working we called ahs they sent one of their techs tech recommened to ahs to replace the furnace he let ahs know that the furnace has bad transformer and heat exchanger ahs decided to replace only the transformer we had heat we were happy for a whole 2 weeks the furnace stopped working we called ahs and they told us the furnace wasnt under warranty due to the oil tank had diesel, kerosine, heating oil and water in it and recommended us to get that take care of and are willig to pay up to $150. We called hvac company and came out dipped the tank and found no water or any thing that causes harme to the furnace.

The tech also found out that the reason the furnace is not working is due to the transformer that was replaced by the warranty company failed again and also he could not believe that ahs and the incompotant tech they sent got the furnace running. They both knew that it had a cracked heat exchanger which leaks unwanted exahust gas in to the house. Ahs rep matt knew that we had 2 kids and the weather is very cold and our kids age 3 and 9 moth old preemie had been breathing in carbon monoxide they let the furnace run like that instead of replacing it in the first place i dont know if any one knows out there but preemies are acceptable to numerous lung problems under 18 mos especially rsv disease! We were jurked around for a month with no answer and no heat after all that they now claim that the furnace isnt covered!!! Stay away from ahs their horrible and fradulant!!!
