I bought a sectional from The Brick in August and exactly a year later I had to make a claim against my warranty as the cushions in a portion of the couch were sunken in to the point that you are literally sitting on a piece of wood (the frame). A technician came out and took pictures and told me I could expect a call by the next week. Its been 5 months since then and I have been calling every month trying to find out what is going to happen with this couch. They have told me that it would take 90 days so after 90 days I expected something to happen. Everytime I call I am told that an email will be sent to a manager and they will call me back within 48-72 hours. ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS!!! Just spoke to a representative in the warranty department today and she was rude and impatient and refused to give me any other contact information for anybody else so I am stuck. This is ridiculous. I have bought a sectional, a bedroom suite and a dining room suite from the Brick in the last 12 months and you can bet I won't be buying a thing from them ever again!
