Inconsiderate. Ruined my entire Christmas trip

The agent booked me a flight to the wrong airport. I waited a month for them to resolve the issue and listen to their call back recordings. Each time I called, I would get a different excuse and I would have to wait on the phone for at least 45 min. I must have called 6 times the entire month and no answer. Not even the night before my trip. So now I am taking the flight to the wrong airport which cost me more money and spending over 300 in cab money to get to my destination for the holidays. The call centers are in India which makes it impossible to communicate.
