Two Day Delivery Missed, Email and Phone Support Unreachable

I ordered an item from an internet store and took the two day delivery. The package shipped out, and on day two it was on the truck for delivery, but it did not get delivered. It is now 3 days since then, and it was out for delivery again and again was not delivered. I tried to email them to find out what or why the delay was, but they did not reply. I also tried to phone. I get a computer, and when it transfers me to a person, I get a recording saying the call did not go through!

So don't waste your money on express shipping, because they won't deliver on time anyway!
